We are a financial advisory helping clients to enjoy their life and we help manage their financial future.
What drives share prices?
There’s a very strong linkage or correlation between earnings growth and performance.
Everything revolves around the earnings per share growth of the underlying companies in your portfolio. The performance of our portfolio and the performance of share markets, we know, follows that fairly lock-in step. It might break out every now and again, but earnings per share growth does drive markets forward. While our companies still have that strong earnings per share growth, we’d still expect to see our performance snap back to it at the time.
