Born in Sydney, my family moved to Brisbane during 1992 as my father sought to take over my grandfather’s plumbing business. In my high school years, I had a passion for economics, history and the arts. Interestingly, some of the most valuable skills that have translated into my personal life and career have stemmed from principles learned while studying history.

I feel fortunate to have known from a young age that I wished to pursue a career in Financial Advice. Growing up, I saw and admired the relationship that my parents shared with their Financial Adviser and specifically, the level of trust they had in him. I pursued a Degree in Banking and Finance on a part time basis after leaving school, providing some time to enjoy summers on the sunshine coast in my late teenage years.

I landed my first full-time opportunity with a boutique Financial Planning practice in 2006. I completed my Degree late in 2009, being the first family member of from either side to graduate from University. Today, I believe in the value of quality Financial Advice more than ever, seeing the direct impact it can have on people’s lives. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son Harvey, and partner Melissa at our home in Dayboro, and have picked up a passion for woodworking in my spare time.
